1. Registration and Eligibility

  • To become a member, you must have to register with our website by providing the details required.

  • Membership is accessible for an individual who completed the registration process for any of the courses provided by the Marketex Private Limited.

  •  We make sure that users get uninterrupted access to our service, but there is no obligation to do so.
  • Company is not responsible and is not obligated for issues in your network or server.

MArketex has all the rights to disable or prohibit access to the users who do not respect and involve in the infringement of Marketex intellectual property. You are not allowed to use any of the digital images or logos from the website.

  • Marketex makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of the accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the information provided by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, any information found on a link located on this site that allows users to access information found on another site. Additionally, Marketex does not warrant the existence or functionality of any website which can be accessed through a link located on this site.

    • 5. Payment & Refund policy

    a. For a complete registration, each member has to pay the complete fee. partial payment won’t make a person a program member.

    b. Service will be discontinued if any pending payments stands and can access the services once the fee is cleared

    c. For any fee paid (Advance or full payment) is Non-Refundable. one can transfer the booking or seats to another person monitored by the student itself with consent of respective trainers.

    d. Any external fee collection between members, if found will be considered as an offence and will be charged under law.

    6. CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Course fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. The start date for the access is deemed to be the issuance date of the login credentials. After the date expiry of the course duration period, the customer will be denied access to the course without any intimation.
  • If a paying customer cannot access the course online via www.marketex.in because they fail to meet the required system requirements given on the website, then Marketex will not take responsibility or give a refund to the paying customer.
  • Marketex reserves the right to modify, change without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to anyone.
    • 7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
  • Marketex does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, cost (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses or consequential damage of any kind which may be suffered or incurred by the user from the use of this service.
  • Users access this site at his/her/its own risk. The site is only to provide learning content “as is, as available” basis. Marketex does not accept any responsibility/liability for providing licensed software for practice. Users should use the legal version of the software for practice/practical at his/ her/its own risk and cost.

    9. GOVERNING LAW:

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the competent Courts at Cochin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    10. Modification of the Site or Terms of Service

    We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time to modify, these Terms of Service without notice. All modified terms and conditions will be effective after they are posted on the Site. If any modified terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, one can continue with the previous t&c for 1 month & your sole remedy is to cease using the program.
